TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. THE AGREEMENT

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information provided in the ordering process, and any special agreements. In the event of discrepancies, special agreements between the parties will take precedence, unless they violate non-derogable legislation. Statutory provisions governing purchases between traders and consumers will also apply.


2. PARTIES

The seller is Eva Carina Grøtvedt Løken, resident at Martin Lillebysvei 14, 1639 Gamle Fredrikstad, with e-mail evalok10@gmail.com og telephone number +47 46418993. The buyer is the consumer who places the order.


3. PRICE

The price stated for the item includes all taxes and additional costs, with the exception of shipping costs. This comes in addition and will be stated on the checkout page.


4. PAYMENT

In our online store you can pay with Visa and MasterCard. We use the 3D-Secure payment solution via the payment provider Stripe, which is verified by Visa and MasterCard and all information takes place between you and your bank. We do not record any personal information about your transaction.


5. DELIVERY

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the buyer or their representative has received the item. If the delivery time is not specified in the order process, the seller must deliver the goods to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after the order. The goods must be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.


6. THE RISK OF GOODS

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he, or his representative, has had the goods delivered in accordance with point 5.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Right of Cancellation Act applies to private individuals, and not to purchases and agreements between businesses. If you enter into agreements that are linked to your company, you have no cooling-off period.

The right of withdrawal requires that the buyer, no later than 14 days after the art has been received, sends a message by e-mail (evalok10@gmail.com) or via SMS (46418993) that the art is being returned. The buyer will receive a notification that the return message has been received.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be used, the artwork must be in exactly the same condition as when the buyer received it: No fingerprints, no moisture damage, no impact damage or scratches, no cracks/fiber damage in the paper or canvas, etc. If the artwork is damaged/deteriorated in any way, it will not be returned, as it cannot be resold if it is damaged/deteriorated.

The artwork is returned in the same way as it was received, so that the consignment is transported in a safe and sound manner, and the shipment/shipment is both traceable and insured. Buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

The artwork will be checked within a few days after the return shipment has been received. If it is in good condition, the amount paid will be refunded to the VISA/Mastercard card that was used for the purchase.


8. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The controller for collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees to something else, the seller, in line with the Personal Data Act, can only obtain and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.
